Payment Methods

Payment Processing

• Kathmandu Valley: Same-day delivery available
• Major cities: 2-3 business days
• Remote areas: 3-7 business days

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above NPR 50,000
• Standard delivery charges apply for smaller orders
• Express delivery available at additional cost

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup from our store.

Return Policy

• 30-day return period from date of delivery
• Products must be in original condition with all accessories
• Original packaging and documentation required
• Some products may be subject to restocking fees

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Manufacturer Warranty
